I get a little bit giddy and honored every time a client contacts me about an in home newborn session to document their newest family member. This is the second newborn session I have had the privilege of documenting for this family, and I could not have been more excited to meet their newest edition and catch up with them post birth.
Lucas stayed asleep for almost ALL of his session (I know pretty wild), but I was able to sneak in a few photos towards the end when he opened his eyes for the crib photo his mama wanted to recreate from big sister's shoot a few years back.
Big sister Josie was thrilled to have a new baby brother and it was so heartwarming to document her affection towards him and collect these sibling moments from the very beginning of their lifetime bond.

My lifestyle newborn sessions also include the option to focus on the star of the show and capture some uber cute semi styled images that you would typically have to leave your home for. If you are interested in this option, I will pick out a handful of items and props from my newborn collection including a basket, travel backdrops, furs, wraps and a teeny tiny neutral outfit with me so we can have some fun at the end of the session creating some beautiful newborn "studio style" naturally posed portraits.
